Kenyon Partner Cy Walker Elected Secretary of ITCTLA

New York, November 29, 2011 - Kenyon & Kenyon is pleased to announce that Cy Walker has been elected secretary of the International Trade Commission Trial Lawyers Association for the 2012 term. 

The International Trade Commission Trial Lawyers Association is the primary bar association for attorneys involved in Section 337 litigation before the International Trade Commission. Mr. Walker has served as a member of the association’s executive committee since 2007, and has been involved with more than 10 Section 337 investigations in the past 3 years.

Mr. Walker also has almost 20 years of experience litigating cases in federal court, and has been trial counsel in cases involving patents, copyrights and trademarks, and involving a variety of technologies, including semiconductor chip fabrication, wireless communications, digital audio formats, optoelectronics, consumer electronics, internet applications, financial trading algorithms, medical devices, satellites, hybrid drive trains, commercial printing press systems, paper manufacturing processes, data encryption algorithms and software.
