Kenyon & Kenyon LLP partner, Mark A. Hannemann, was quoted in a Bloomberg.com article that highlighted the firm's recent success for client, Robert Bosch LLC in a patent infringement suit against Pylon Manufacturing Corp. involving patents related to a type of windshield wiper blade known as the beam blade, which Pylon sells under the Michelin trademark, among others. A District of Delaware jury found two out of three of Bosch’s patents valid and infringed.
"Pylon copied Bosch’s wiper because it “wanted to capitalize on Bosch’s success," Mark Hannemann told the jury of seven women and three men during the trial."
