Kenyon successfully represented Ballet Tech Foundation in a long, hard-fought Trademark Trial and Appeal Board cancellation proceeding against The Joyce Theater Foundation. The case went all the way to trial and the TTAB ruled, in a 38-page decision, that Ballet Tech is the rightful owner of all trademarks associated with the world famous JOYCE dance theater, located in New York City.
