Jennifer Nicholls’ practice focuses on intellectual property matters.

Prior to joining Kenyon, Ms. Nicholls was a legal intern at the Prosecutorial District Attorney’s Office in North Carolina, where she prepared court documents, met with victims, researched legal issues, and aided assistant district attorneys. She also served as a trace evidence intern at the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation.

While an undergraduate, Ms. Nicholls was an environmental and molecular toxicology lab intern at The Center for Marine Sciences and Technology, North Carolina State University, where she worked on a project involving the testing of soil samples for the presence of tributyltin. Her honors research thesis was titled “Cocaine Detection on U.S. and Foreign Currency Using the GC-MS.”
