Mira Martinez’s practice focuses on patent litigation in the federal courts and the International Trade Commission. Her cases have involved diverse technologies, including telecommunications, navigation systems, analog-to-digital converters, semiconductor processes, financial software, computer peripheral hardware, automobile engines, and pharmaceuticals.

Ms. Martinez clerked for the Honorable David G. Trager, United States District Judge for the Eastern District of New York, from 2004–2008. During her clerkship, Judge Trager regularly sat by designation in the Second, Ninth, and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeals.

Prior to joining Kenyon, Ms. Martinez was a patent litigation associate at a large general practice firm.
